When will I see my images?

Your password protected gallery will be available in four weeks after our session. During peak season (e.g. fall season), the turnaround time may vary by a week or so.

Why does it take so long?

After your session, your images are loaded and backed-up from the camera into the computer. Then they go into the queue to be edited in the order that they are photographed.

For one gallery, I dedicate anywhere from 4 – 8 hours to cull and edit your photos. If your gallery includes technically difficult shots (for example baby hanging from a tree branch or sleeping on a dreamcatcher), then more time is needed in Photoshop.

What if I want my images sooner?

Rush orders in less than two weeks will cost an additional 25% of the order price.

Once your order is placed, your images will be polished and retouched before being delivered electronically or by postal service. USB flash drive and/or print products will be shipped or be available to be picked up 1 – 2 weeks from the date ordered; canvas and framed art will take 3 – 5 weeks from the date ordered.
